What changes once I join?

From a pile of ideas to a product that runs, without everything depending on you. This is what changes, and the plan you take home.

  1. Finally knowing where to start

Problem, users, first feature and release order on one map, turned into a 90-day plan for your own product.

    Sample screen

    • Sample product map from problem and users to the first feature and the first and second releases.
  2. Your time back for decisions

Repetitive work is done by AI agents, and you know exactly what is automated and what people still decide.

    Sample screen

    • Sample work split board: a column automated by AI agents and a column decided by people.
  3. Confident from numbers, not guesses

Users, retention, revenue and costs on one dashboard, so every decision and every pitch has a basis.

    Sample screen

    • Sample startup metrics dashboard: active users, retention, recurring revenue and costs, with small trend charts.
Next question Which problems can Ihwan help me solve?

Which problems can Ihwan help me solve?

The four problems founders meet most often, and how the class handles them.

  1. Many ideas, no product

Ideas keep piling up, but none reaches a user.

    “Where should I start?”

    Approach

    One problem, one first release

An idea is tested against its problem and users, then narrowed to a first release that takes weeks, not months.

    Sample screen

    • Sample idea scoring table, with one chosen idea narrowed into a first release checklist and a three-week timeline.
  2. Doing everything alone

The founder is developer, designer, admin and customer service at once.

“I do not have time for all of it.”

    Approach

    AI agents for repeated work

Repeated work moves to AI agents and automation, so your time goes to decisions.

    Sample screen

    • Sample before-and-after weekly time breakdown, with most of the time after going to decisions.
  3. Not knowing whether anyone wants it

The product is out, but it is unclear whether anyone really uses it.

“How do I know this product works?”

    Approach

    Metrics from day one

Active users, retention and revenue are tracked from the first release, so the next decision has a basis.

    Sample screen

    • Sample analytics for a first release: an activation funnel and retention curves by cohort.
  4. Hard to get investors' attention

The pitch sounds good, but there are no numbers to show.

“What do investors actually look at?”

    Approach

    Build what can scale

Product, operations and metrics are set up so growth can be shown and explained.

    Sample screen

    • Sample investor update draft: headline metrics, three highlights and a small growth chart.
Next question Why learn from Ihwan?

Why learn from Ihwan?

Ihwan builds Ocosystem: a set of digital products made together with AI agents.

  1. From his own practice

What is taught is how Ihwan works building Ocosystem, not theory from a book.

    Sample screen

    • Sample portfolio board of several digital products with status, last release and active users.
  2. AI agents as a team

Research, development, testing and operations are done with AI agents, so a small team can run many products.

    Sample screen

    • Sample AI agents panel with research, build, test, operations and writing roles and their tasks, and a human review queue.
  3. Designed to run on its own

Releases, monitoring and reports are automated, so the products keep running without being watched every hour.

    Sample screen

    • Sample automation log: scheduled release, health checks, nightly report and backup, with an uptime strip.
Next question Is this class right for me?

Is this class right for me?

For you if you want to build an app, from a first idea to a business that already runs.

Future founders

You have an idea or a skill and want to build your first app.

  • How to validate before you build
  • A first product you can ship fast
  • A business model that makes sense

Owners of a running business

Your business is growing, but everything still depends on you.

  • Mapping and automating operations
  • AI agents for repetitive work
  • Metrics to make decisions with

What you need

  1. An idea or a running business

Bring one idea or product you want to build. Every exercise uses your own.

    Sample screen

    • Sample idea brief form: problem, target users, current alternative and first feature.
  2. Coding helps, but is not required

AI agents do most of the technical work. What is needed is the will to try the tools hands-on.

    Sample screen

    • Sample AI coding agent session: the task prompt, a preview of the code change, passing checks and an approve button.
  3. Five live sessions and practice time

One session a day for five days. Bring a laptop and set aside time to practise between sessions.

    Sample screen

    • Sample weekly calendar with five live sessions in a row and practice blocks between them.

Not for physical businesses

This class is for apps: software, platforms and online services, not manufacturing or robotics.

Next question What will I learn in 5 days?

    Scale

Growth, metrics and the story that get your app noticed by investors.

How do the schedule and registration work?

When the class runs, how to pay, and how to take all four methods at once.

Next question What if I'm still unsure?

What if I'm still unsure?

Honest answers to the most reasonable doubts.

  1. Will my product surely succeed?

Nobody can guarantee that. The class teaches how to build, measure and decide faster, so mistakes cost less.

  2. Why does it cost twice as much as the other classes?

It covers product, operations and AI agents at once, with exercises on your own idea. It is also part of Take All.

  3. Does the class come with funding?

No. Funding is a separate programme, Funded Founder, with its own selection.

  4. Any other questions?

Ask through the Contact page before you pay; Ihwan replies to your email.
