Privacy policy

This policy explains what data Ihwan Efendi collects for the membership, live class enrollments, AI Systems and Funded Founder applications and messages sent through the Contact page, how it is used, and your rights over it.

This page is also available in Indonesian. If the two versions differ, the Indonesian version prevails.

Data collected

  • Your name and email, from your Internalo account.
  • Your WhatsApp number, for communication.
  • Payment data, for verification.

How data is used

  • To give you access to the membership and the Discord community.
  • To send signals and market updates.
  • To communicate with you about the service.

Applications and contact messages

  • What is stored: the form you send, that is your name, email, and answers or message, plus what its form asks for: your company, role, number of employees, and website (AI Systems); your date of birth, city and country, education, and co-founders (Funded Founder); links and a WhatsApp number if you fill them in.
  • It is used only to review your application or reply to your message.
  • Applications and messages are stored on this site's server, without your IP address or browser type. A notice of each new submission, with the form's content, is sent to Ihwan Efendi's Telegram account or email.
  • Applications and messages are kept for at most 12 months, then deleted from the server automatically, unless the collaboration continues; the notice copies in Telegram or email are deleted at the same time. You can ask for earlier deletion through the Contact page.

Data protection

Your data is stored securely, is not sold, and is not shared with third parties without your consent. Accounts and payments are processed by Internalo (internalo.com).

Technical data on this site

This site uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics.

One functional cookie, ie_lang, is set only when you choose a language, and it stores only that choice (id or en). It expires after one year.

The server reads the country of your IP address only to choose a starting language. The site does not store it beyond normal server logs.

The site's server may log standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages opened) for security and maintenance.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your personal data;
  • ask for incorrect data to be corrected;
  • ask for your data to be deleted.
