Terms of service — Ihwan Efendi

Acceptance

By accessing or using the Ihwan Efendi service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

The service includes market analysis, trading signals, crypto education, and a private Discord community run personally by Ihwan Efendi.

Sign-up and payment are processed by Internalo at internalo.com.
Access to the private Discord community starts once payment is confirmed and your Discord account is connected on Internalo.
Payments are non-refundable, except under the win rate guarantee below.

If the monthly win rate falls below 50%, the member receives a refund of 10% of the membership fee for that month.

The win rate targets on this site (80%+, a realistic range of 70–⁠80%, a floor of about 60%) are not guaranteed. Only the refund rule above is.

Crypto trading is high risk. You can lose some or all of your capital. Past results do not guarantee future results.

Ihwan Efendi is not liable for trading losses. Every trading decision is the member's responsibility.

The service and these terms may change with advance notice, without reducing the value of the service already promised.
